THE DALE PROPERTY

Porcupine Mining District (Dale Township), Ontario, Canada


The Dale Property comprises 98 unpatented claims totaling nearly 1,980 hectares, located approximately 100km southwest of Timmins, in the Porcupine Mining District, North America’s largest Archean lode gold camp, having produced over 70 million ounces of gold historically, making it one of the world’s most prolific gold camp.

GEOLOGY AT A GLANCE

The Dale Property is located within the late Archean Swayze Greenstone Belt, the southwestern extension of the Abitibi greenstone belt in Northern Ontario.

Mineralization targeted has been primarily within an Archean lode-gold, quartz vein system characterized by shearing, carbonatization, quartz veining, localized brecciation, and associated alteration of the host rocks. The primary target is an Archean greenstone-hosted quartz-carbonate vein (lode) gold deposit, the principal gold model found throughout the Swayze and Abitibi greenstone belts.

KEY HISTORICAL WORK

1929–1999

Government geological mapping, geophysical surveys and geochemical programs were completed across the district and Swayze Greenstone Belt. A 1994 Ontario Geological Survey gold-grain-in-till program identified anomalous gold grain counts within the current property boundary, including a sample that returned 42 gold grains west of Horwood Lake, supporting the area's prospectivity for nearby gold mineralization.

1968–2012

The property was part of a large freehold mining patent controlled by Algoma Eastern Railways (Algoma-Talisma Minerals Limited). Exploration work was reportedly conducted under option agreements with several groups, including Placer Dome Canada, Red Pine Exploration and Greenshield Resources. Reported work including outcrop mapping and sampling; however, the work was not filed as the lands were privately patented at the time.

2013–2016

Prospecting and sampling programs identified anomalous gold mineralization in bedrock along the Dale Stock margins.

 

2016–2020

Three gradient array IP surveys outlined multiple chargeability anomalies with coincident resistivity responses,

several of which align with mapped structural trends.


2021

A drone magnetic survey mapped the Dale Stock and highlighted NE structural corridors;

trenching/soil sampling returned up to 2.6 g/t Au and anomalous soil gold to 54 ppb.

 

2019–2023

Prospecting program returned grab samples up to 3.82 g/t Au and identified

local Mo anomalism up to 0.3% in 2023 sampling.

To date, no drilling has been performed on the property and therefore, no mineral resources estimate has been completed.

CURRENT FOCUS

Recent drone magnetic survey and trenching has outlined several prospective northeast trending structures warranting larger scale, systematic studies. A two-phase program is recommended.

Phase 1 (recommended):

Completion of data compilation, expansion of B‑horizon soil grids over historic till/soil anomalies and IP highs, and conducting subsequent targeted trenching to follow up soil survey results.

Phase 2 (recommended - contingent on Phase 1):

~1,500 m of diamond drilling to test any potential gold bearing structures outlined by Phase 1.

The Dale Property is an early‑stage exploration property with no drilling and no current mineral resource. Grab and trench samples are selective by nature and may not be representative of the mineralization on the property. Scientific and technical information on this page is supported by the NI 43‑101 Technical Report (effective April 13, 2026), prepared by SGS Qualified Persons and reviewed by Synergy Metals Qualified Person.
